Yes, you should mix all three in water as one solution. Do not add the nutrients to each other before adding to water.

The idea is that some of the nutrients are antagonistic to each other and don't like to be mixed together until they are mixed in water. It is a good idea to mix the micro first, just for dissolving purposes, but it is not critical if you don’t.
